Use with a FAB XL Insert or any standard Kam snap pop-in insert, fitted nappy, pre-folds, flats or terries. There is a standard popper in the back of the nappy.
Fully PUL lined so can be properly wiped between changes (if only wee) and used again with another insert, making them very cost-effective.
