Postage & Returns
Postage
We aim to post your order within one business day from the time we receive it. Currently, all orders are posted via Royal Mail.
When an order contains a pre-order or back-ordered items, we will wait until all items are available so that we can post everything together.
Postage is currently set at a weighted value. If your order is over £30, FreePost can be applied for free postage costs!
UK
1st Class Signed For postage starts from £4.95
Free 2nd Class Tracked postage on orders over £40.
You are able to upgrade to 1st class on your orders over £40.
Europe (including Ireland)

Overseas

Please note that we cannot take responsibility for items damaged during delivery. If you receive a parcel from Royal Mail that appears to have been damaged or tampered with, you should address the issue immediately. If your goods are damaged as a result of damage to the packaging, you will need to contact Royal Mail directly to place a complaint. They offer compensation for such incidents. Ensure you keep the original packaging and goods to show them. Please also let us know this has occurred so we can assist you and ensure the matter is resolved and you are left happy and satisfied.
Should we change or alter our postage options we will endeavour to let customers know in advance of the change.
Returns
For dispatched orders our return policy is 30 day, from the day you received your goods.
To be able to give you a full refund on your returned purchases, all items need to be in their original packaging, with tags on, in the same condition as you have received them. Unfortunately we cannot accept return for worn, used items for hygiene reasons.
Please be aware, we do not provide cover the cost of returns and it is your responsibility to send it via a trusted courier/post.
If your parcel was lost on the way back to us, you will have to contact your courier/post operator to start a dispute in regards of your lost parcel.
Cancelling Orders
You are able to cancel any order that has not yet been fulfilled and dispatched.

A refund will then be issued to your original payment method along with a cancellation email confirmation, within two working days of confirmation of cancellation.
Amending Orders

Any refunds owed will be issued to your original payment method with two working days of the amendment request.
Where the order value then becomes higher we will issue a payment email, and the order will be held until the balance outstanding paid.
Damages and issues
Please check your order once it arrives to you, and contact us immediately if any items in your order is damaged or incorrect and we will resolve any issues promptly.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on freebie items, sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged, so please check your order as soon as it arrives.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return.
Please allow up to 10 working days for this to be returned by your bank / credit card company. If after this time you still haven't received your refund, please get in touch with us at hello@rascels.co.uk
